Though the past few days have diverted our attention to the escalating tensions in the Middle East, many eyes from around the world had previously been on Paris.
Olympic Memories
Many Americans, including myself, are big fans of the Olympic Games. As they only occur every four years, it's understandable that people would experience some excitement. After all, there's the expectation of witnessing world class athletic competition combined with the patriotic fervor generated by cheering on one's countrymen in their Olympic quests.
Many of us likely have memories of specific Olympic moments that perhaps even extend back to our youth. Growing up, I don’t really recall any of the Olympics from the 80s, but I still remember watching the 1992 and 1996 Olympics. For example, like many other Americans who were also watching at the time, I vividly recall the iconic moment in Atlanta in which Kerri Strug performed her second vault on an injured ankle to ensure the US women's gymnastics team won their first team gold medal.
Many of us have these these fond memories of the Olympic Games. Has something changed more recently with the Olympics? Do we still hold the Olympics in the same regard we once did? Do people attribute the same amount of importance to the Olympics that we once did? Do the Games feel different nowadays?
The Paris Olympics
The 2024 Summer Olympic Games have produced significant controversy since kicking off on July 26. Paris seemingly encountered challenges and controversy nearly immediately. On the morning of the Opening Ceremony, there was an attack on the Paris railway network. There was also a large digital blackout that occurred that same opening weekend.
Another problem ahead of the Olympics involved the contamination of the Seine River that passes through the city. Despite the more than $1.5B (1.4 billion euros) spent in cleaning the river ahead of the swimming events, there were still question marks as to whether or not the river could be used at all. After delays, the river was in fact used.
Yet the rail attack, digital outage, and river contamination didn’t cause near the backlash the Opening Ceremony caused (or the subsequent turmoil caused by the “gender controversy” surrounding the women’s boxing events).
With the tensions that pervade our country and the world right now, it’s no surprise that people wondered how the Games might unfold. I'm no outlier in this regard. In the days leading up to the Olympics, I too asked what this all might portend. After all, 2024 has been a wild year up to this point and it would seem unlikely that those who have the power to influence such high profile events would pass up the opportunity to use the Olympics for messaging.
High Profile Events and Messaging
Large events attract a lot of attention and eyeballs. This also means they can serve as a powerful stage for whatever theatrics certain powerful networks might want to project in front of, and onto, the population masses. This has been the case with certain Super Bowl halftime shows that have stirred significant controversy. It also occurred with the opening ceremony of the Gotthard Tunnel, the longest railway tunnel in the world.
It even occurred in the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 Olympics held in London.
Large events often involve occult symbolism. I've written about this before with specific reference to 9/11. Unfortunately, it’s a part of the sick and twisted world we live in.
The Olympics and Political Leverage
The Olympics are no stranger to being used as political leverage through a variety of means, whether by nations or other politically motivated organizations. The US and Soviet Union each led large Olympics boycotts in 1980 and 1984 respectively. In a horrifying case of extremist violence, the 1972 Summer Olympics were the site of what came to be known as the Munich Massacre.
The Olympics as Tools of Influence
Yet what we are seeing now extends well beyond the politically driven actions of violent extremist groups or even entire nations. We are witnessing more examples of how our world is controlled by networks that exert significant influence over much of what we consume, to include our entertainment.
The Opening Ceremony itself produced significant dismay in the minds of many viewers. It is not my intent to detail the imagery used in the Opening Ceremony or attempt to “decode” the symbols utilized. My intent is merely to call attention to the fact that this is the world we live in and we can’t wish it away. Powerful networks that wish to control our lives will continue to bombard us with their messaging, symbols, and rituals as long as we permit them to do so.
Why do they do this? Because they can. They also do it because they seek to influence the minds and subconscious of the masses. Researcher Michael Hoffman has written extensively about this subject in his book Twilight Language.
“This book is not a how-to manual to prevent being alchemically processed by the Cryptocracy. One cannot prevent a disease that has already metastasized. Neither is it a “wakeup call.” Since the Gateway Year 2001, the majority of Americans have been processed as initiates. They are ‘Mason on sight,’ i.e. members of the secret society without knowing it.
“A ‘wakeup call’ presupposes that people are asleep. They are only partly so. In their waking stages they intuit that the Cryptocracy in the United States engages in human sacrifice and occult process. This thrills them and they keenly anticipate more thrills.
“At this stage in history, America is a carnival-sideshow thrilldome and ‘We the People’ vie for a front row seat. Eternal salvation, the pursuit of truth and freedom—all that takes a back seat, despite the rhetoric.
“The alchemical processing of humanity is ahead of schedule. People are becoming less human and far more numb and easily misdirected, as the Reign of Dead Matter appears on the horizon.
“Reality, facts and truth are dispensable in the high echelons of the Cryptocracy. Sorcery entails a calculus in which reality, facts and truth are whatever the sorcerer declares them to be.”[1]
Though unfortunate, this really should come as no surprise. If you think the Olympics represent nothing more than the pinnacle of worldwide athletic competition and international goodwill advanced via sportsmanship, then you haven’t been paying attention to what’s been happening around you. While you might not know the specifics, any astute observer to global events must at least recognize that we don’t live in the type of world we have been told we live in. The Olympics are no different in this regard.
In 1999, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) adopted its own Agenda 21, nested within the concepts of the original Agenda 21 sustainability plan that was the product of the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Olympics are merely another instrument of globalization cloaked as sports competition
I’m not here to tell anyone to boycott the Olympics by refusing to watch. After all, none of the athletes themselves have any part in the nefarious actions occurring behind the scenes. Virtually none of the athletes themselves are even remotely aware of the sinister agendas promoted by the governing body of the Olympics, the IOC. These young athletes have worked hard to compete at the highest level and that can and should be respected and celebrated.
However, we must not be naive in assuming that our world is what we have been told that it is. The first step in reclaiming our independence from these influential networks that corrupt everything of value is to realize the extent of their reach and seek to free ourselves from their grasp.

In today’s world, we often hear the phrase “bread and circuses” being used to describe a situation where people are kept content with superficial things while their deeper problems go unaddressed. This idiom has its roots in ancient Rome, where it was used to describe the practice of providing free food and entertainment to the masses in order to distract them from political issues.
The concept behind this idiom is still relevant today, as governments and other entities continue to use similar tactics to keep people placated. However, understanding the true meaning behind “bread and circuses” requires a deeper look at its historical context and how it has evolved over time.
