I think this defines the edge of our evolution. Why would we create and be subjected to chaos. Who is playing by these rules. Would we target our own? What good does that serve? What if? Think disinformation and social media.

It is detestable to Him.....and was the reason He drove the Canaanites from the promised land. And for good reason. Do what is required by DoD. This is approved and funded by congress. Their mission is to develop, research and fund anything that serves the military and ultimately national defense initiatives. Always thinking long term. It is always by law required to only fund initiatives with the mission clearly defined. Experimental vaccines are sometime given in emergency approval scenarios. Anthrax was given initially prior to full approval by the FDA. Those decisions come from the highest level in DoD based on need. I can send things which help clarify my opinion.
